Sports Fence Screen & Windscreen FAQs

We stock a broad range of ready-to-ship fence screening and related products. Standard products include screen rolls, 50ft rolls, and fence slats. Standard orders ship within 1 business day. For custom orders, fabricated to specific lengths and heights, please allow up to 5 business days for fabrication.

Custom sports screens and graphics are printed and finished in-house using dedicated large-format printing and fabrication equipment. Keeping these steps in-house gives our team direct control over production and quality. Typical custom orders ship in 2-5 business days depending on the order size and finishing request. FenceScreen Sports also offers same or next day turn around upon request.

FenceScreen Sports stands behind its merchandise and service. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us to receive a credit if it is within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise. No exchanges or returns can be made on custom sized orders; be sure to double check your measurements. We do not accept returns on material that has been installed, unless due to manufacturing error. Only new material is eligible for refund or exchange. All orders eligible for return will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please email hello@fencescreen.com or call customer service.

On each item returned for refund there is a 20% restocking charge. Custom sized panels, fabricated to specified dimensions, cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted on standard 50' rolls and accessories.
